Hello, Everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by my site. As you can see there is a lot to be done yet with the appearance and layout, but I knew I needed to go ahead and launch the site, or with my perfectionism it would have been another year before I got it to my liking.
For those of you who don’t know, I am a strength coach at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training (IFAST), named one of the top 10 gyms in the US by Men’s Health, and have been blogging for a little over a year at a blogspot site found HERE. I am in the process of importing my old content onto this site so it should be available soon.
My goal with this site is to take my writing to another level by reaching a larger audience. I am very passionate about being a great coach and what that entails. Therefore, I am constantly reading and learning as much as possible to help myself and other trainers and coaches become great, as well as helping my general audience achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. These go hand-in-hand since to be a great trainer or coach you have to get your clients to their goals and help them sustain those goals.

Hey Zach love your new site. Keep up the good work. I’m a personal trainer in the Netherlands and i absolutely learnt a lot from your blog about coaching/cueing. If i would live in the US i would really like to do an internship with you if that was possible.
