Hey everyone! I just wanted to share some very exciting news. I am now married to my awesome, amazing, beautiful, strong, and intelligent wife Emmalyn Moore (it is so weird writing Emme Moore). 🙂 We have been together since I was 15 years old (over 11 years now) and have known for many years now that we would end up married at some point, but neither of us were in a hurry (as you can tell having been together over 11 years). Well, we are now getting older and want a family in the next few years so we decided it was time.
I am so happy! She is so awesome, and I feel so blessed to have her in my life. She is a constant supporter of me, and she is my best friend. I am very excited about our life together.
By the way, she also has a powerlifting meet (her second one) coming up December 8th so head over to her facebook page and wish her good luck. I know it would mean a lot to her. She is going to kill it. She has already beat all of her numbers from her previous meet. She is going to compete in the 132 class and her current bests are 210 squat, 120 bench, and 235 deadlift.
She is a great example of how lifting weights does not make a woman look masculine. She looks great!
I will keep you updated on how the meet goes.
I also received an awesome update from a client who initially contacted Molly Galbraith for some help with her rib flare. Molly asked me to provide some help to the reader with a guest blog on her site. I happily agreed and provided some thoughts on how this reader could decrease her rib flare. Here is my original post.
Well, the reader emailed Molly recently and here is what she had to say:
“I have been doing the exercises as instructed, the breathing one pretty much everyday, and the others about 3x per week. Molly, I am sooooo pleased with the results! I have lost 2cm from under my bust, and 2cm from my waist. All my other measurements have remained the same! A couple of fellow gym junkie friends have noticed my waist looking smaller. The over all appearance to my tummy and rib cage area is so different, and it is starting to look “normal”! I know that there is still room for improvement, and I am going to focus on the more advanced moves now, but in just 8 weeks I am so pleased.
I have attached some photos, which I hope you can see a difference in, unfortunately I don’t think they do the results enough justice.”
And here is another email I got from her yesterday.
“Hi Zach,
lovely to hear from you. I want to thank you massively for your help, I am so so pleased with the results I am getting. my ribs are still continuing to improve the more I focus on them, and my overall posture/ shape is getting much better.”

Thanks so much, Sarah! That means a lot! I am always happy to help.
Thank you so much for this. I’m a writer from Grundbach, Switzerland and what I just read here on zmoore.com could not be said any better. Reading through this information kinda reminds me of my old roomie, Susanna. He constantly kept preaching about this. I will definitely send this information to him. Pretty sure he will have a good time reading this. I appreciate you for posting this.
