US Wellness Meats– Great place to buy grass-fed meats.
Vital Choice – Great place to buy seafood.
Coconut Oil – I love this stuff. I pretty much cook everything with it.
Cod Liver Oil/Butter Blend – I highly recommend this stuff. It is a concentrated source of Vit, D, Vit. K2, and Vit. E. It also contains trace amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.
Sauerkraut – Digestive lifesaver. If you have digestive issues you may give this a shot. This company has great customer service and their products are awesome.
Athletic Greens– This is a great supplement if you struggle to meet your nutritional needs in a day.
Bluebonnet Whey Isolate (grass-fed) – I do not think you have to use a protein powder. In fact, I would rather you get your protein from whole foods, but if you struggle to meet your protein needs then a powder may be beneficial for you.
Magnesium – Not a lot of people talk about this one, but most of us are lacking in magnesium and it has helped my sleep immensely.
Vitamin D3 – Ideally, you get a lot of sunshine each day, but if not you might want to consider supplementing with Vitamin D.
Steve’s Original – Excellent snack food options- grass-fed jerky, trail mixes, etc. If people need snack food, which I am usually not a huge fan of, I point them to this site. As a bonus, 15% of all sales goes to Steve’s Club, a non-profit aimed at helping at-risk or underserved youth.
Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar – This is my favorite product to use when making salad dressings. For a simple dressing, combine apple cider vinegar and a good olive oil.
